Terms of Service — PLAZA Hotels Connector

Version: 1.0 Effective date: 2026-08-11

These terms govern your use of the PLAZA Hotels connector for ChatGPT and Claude. They do not replace the terms of your accommodation contract, the conditions of the rate you book, or the terms of the AI assistant you use.

1. Who provides this service

The connector is provided by:

PLAZA Hotelgroup GmbH
Lise-Meitner-Straße 4, 74074 Heilbronn, Deutschland
Registergericht: Amtsgericht Stuttgart, HRB 747034
USt-IdNr.: DE 293010344
Vertreten durch die Geschäftsführung: Yonca Yalaz
Telefon: +49 7131 264170 · E-Mail: info@plazahotels.de

It is developed and technically operated on PLAZA Hotelgroup GmbH's behalf by mediaconstructor GmbH & Co. KG, Mecklenburgstraße 105, 19053 Schwerin (Amtsgericht Schwerin, HRA 3025), which also publishes the connector listing in the ChatGPT plugin directory and the Claude connectors directory.

Support: socialmedia@plazahotels.de

2. What the connector is

The connector is a software interface that lets an AI assistant you already use — ChatGPT (OpenAI) or Claude (Anthropic) — answer questions about five PLAZA hotels and, for all five, check live room availability and create a reservation.

There is no user account and no sign-in. Use is free of charge. You need your own access to ChatGPT or Claude; those services are provided by third parties under their own terms, and we neither operate nor control them.

3. The accommodation contract is separate

Using the connector does not create a contract with us for anything other than use of the connector itself.

When you complete a reservation, the accommodation contract is concluded between you and PLAZA Hotelgroup GmbH for the hotel concerned, on the conditions of the rate you selected. Those rate conditions — in particular price, cancellation and payment terms — take precedence over anything the assistant may have summarised in the conversation.

Two paths exist, decided by the total price:

No payment is ever taken inside ChatGPT or Claude. Card details are entered only on the booking system's own web page. We will never ask you for card, CVC or bank details in a chat.

4. Accuracy, and what you should not rely on

Answers are generated by an AI assistant from each hotel's knowledge base and from live data in the booking system. We maintain that information carefully, but:

Where an answer matters to your decision — accessibility, an allergy, a pet, a late arrival, a cancellation condition — please confirm it with the hotel before booking. Contact details are on the help page.

5. Acceptable use

The connector is intended for prospective and current guests. You may not:

Requests are rate limited. We may restrict or block access where these rules are broken, or where necessary to protect the service, the booking system or other guests.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the connector available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. It may be unavailable for maintenance, technical faults, or because a system it depends on — the booking system, the SMS provider, or the AI assistant platform — is unavailable. We may change, restrict or discontinue the connector, or individual functions, at any time. Reservations already concluded are unaffected.

Not every hotel need offer every function. All five hotels currently support availability and booking through the connector; where a hotel does not, the connector says so and returns that hotel's telephone number rather than an invented answer.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Produkthaftungsgesetz, and to the extent of any guarantee given.

For slight negligence we are liable only where a material contractual obligation is breached — an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely — and then only for the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract.

Any further liability is excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected, and nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it. This clause applies equally to our employees, agents and the technical operator named in §1.

We accept no liability for the AI assistant platform you use, or for its output as such, beyond the accuracy of the hotel data we supply to it.

8. Data protection

How we handle personal data — what is collected, who receives it, how long it is kept, and your rights — is set out in the privacy policy. No payment card data is processed by the connector.

9. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms where necessary, for example when functions change or the legal position changes. The current version is always available at this URL with its version number and effective date. The version in force when you use the connector applies; amendments do not affect reservations already concluded.

10. Governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Where you are a merchant, a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Heilbronn.

Consumer dispute resolution (§ 36 VSBG):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Language

These terms are published in German, English and Dutch. In case of any discrepancy between the language versions, the German version prevails.

12. Severability

If a provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
